Immune system
A collection of cells and organs that protects the body from infection or disease. Cells of the immune system are also called white blood cells. They travel through the body in the blood vessels and through a parallel set of vessels called the lymph system.The immune cells are able to recognize and attack virus, bacteria, foreign particles, or unhealthy cells of the body in order to prevent disease.
